Section 1. Purpose of the Exhibit 16
DBAG uses for the performance of its obligations, as provided under the Agreement, Key Personnel
to which Sections 9.6.2, 9.6.3 and 9.7.4 of the XBID-MSA apply. This Exhibit 16 (Key Personnel)
sets forth which functions are to be considered as involving Key Personnel and list the persons that
are at time of signing of the Fifth XBID-MSA Amendment assigned to these functions and are to be
considered Key Personnel. Changes to these names listed in Exhibit 16 (Key Personnel) are subject
to Section 9.6.2 of the XBID-MSA.
The descriptions of the functions below concern DBAG’s organisation and do not in any way affect,
restrict nor extend the commitments undertaken by DBAG as described in the XBID-DSA Mainte-
nance. The same applies for any description of roles in other Exhibits or Attachments.
