optical table. Optical table is made in a way that its upper part can be removed
inside the chamber.
• Lifting lugs update to add additional lifting lugs on the chamber, lid, and the
optical table.
• Additional structural and modal simulation of the optical table caused by design
changes.

Pos. 2 – Input flange modification
• Flange modification to compensate length of an input beam transport with
bridged vacuum bellow.
• Update of all affected manufacturing drawings.

The warranty period is 24 months from the date of startup.
