Amendment No. 1 to the Partnership Agreement

(hereinafter referred to as the “Amendment”)

(hereinafter, jointly or individually, referred to as “Parties” or “Party”)

The Project Promoter confirms and informs Partners in accordance with sec. 4.1 of the Partnership
Agreement, that has received a notification of a positive decision dated on 25" of September 2023 on
the Project Promoter application dated on 7**of July 2023, which has been per rollam decided by the
Program Operator’s Board on 29" of August 2023 with effect from the same day.

Following the abovementioned, the Parties have agreed to amend the Partnership Agreement
concluded on 23.12.2020, relating to the Project no. TO01000324 entitled »Regionalni vodikové viaky
na Ceskych Zeleznicich / Regional hydrogen trains on Czech railways« (hereinafter referred to as the
"Partnership Agreement")

as follows:

Amendment of the Partnership Agreement

(1) In section 7 (Financial provisions), part 7.3 (Payments), paragraph 7.3.2, the table set out with the
words: 'Detail information for advance and interim payments:' shall be amended as follows:

(2) The Parties agree the Attachment 5 of the Partnership Agreement (Partnership Budget) shall be

amended by the annex No. 1 of this Amendment.

(3) The Parties agree that the Project will be extended by a result type O (workshop), where, in contrast
to the original project proposal, i.e. the organisation of two workshops (12/2021 -
completed;12/2023 - under preparation), a conference including 4 project presentations (Task 1 -
4) will be organised at the end of the project (03/2024). The activity is described in the “Request
for a change form” and appended to the this Amendment as annex No. 2. The Request for a change

form becomes Attachment 9 of the Partnership Agreement.

Article Il.

Final Provisions

Other provisions of the Partnership Agreement remain unchanged.

Annexes: No. 1 — Attachment 5 of the Partnership Agreement (Partnership Budget)

No. 2 — Attachment 9 of the Partnership Agreement (Request for a change form)

The Amendment becomes valid on the day of its signature by the authorized representative of the last
Party and effective on the day of its publication in the register of contracts. The publication shall secure

the Partner 1.

The Parties signed the Amendment on separate pages by the authorized representatives.
