The following has been agreed:
Based on mutual agreement, both parties agree to change „Contract End Date“ on the 29th of
February 2024, as defined on the front page of the Incubation Contract. This proposed change
through CCN is defined in Article 5 and Article 14 of the Incubation contract. This CCN will
lead to terminating the contract on the 29th of February 2024.
Done and signed in two (2) original copies, one for each party to this contract, on behalf
of the ESA BIC Czech Republic.
