BlLLlNG PROCEDURES
All guestroom charges including room and tax andror incidentals will be the responsibility of the individual traveller. if the
traveller requests to pay by credit card. a sewrlty pre-authorization will be made based on the length of stay and individual
properly conditions. lt a travelbr does not have a credit card, a cash deposit will be required upon check in at the front desk.

CANCELLATION POLtClEs AND NO SHOWS
The Company, client or its representative may cancel a room online, by e—maii. taosll'rile or phone latest by 4 pm localhotel
time 1 day prior to the booked arrive! date without incurrlng any charge. Cancellatione sent at a later stage will result in a
one-night penalty based on the agreed rate. in case of a no—show a one—night penalty on agreed rate will be applied.
The information in this agreement is contldantial. This Agreement and any attached Addendums represent the entire
agreement between the parties hereof amd may only be amended in writing by a written amendment, approved ly both
parties.
