  Nabídka splňuje všechny požadavky výběrového řízení včetně níže uvedených technických parametrů

Zařízení pro mechanické a tribologické testování kontaktů těles na mikro až nano úrovni s vysokou citlivostí
řízení a snímaní sil a vzdáleností.

Nabízené zařízení Mikro/nanotribometr SMT 5000 splňuje následující technické parametry:

    - Univerzální a modulární platforma s tuhostí, která dovoluje dosažení parametrů sil dle specifikace
         viz Tab. 1 a s možností dalšího budoucího rozšíření snímání sil jiných rozsahů, než je specifikováno.

    - Lineární XY stůl s rozsahem pohybů ≥ 100 x 100 mm a jemností pohybu ≤ 1 μm s odečítáním polohy
         s rozlišením ≤ 0,5 μm. Maximální rychlost posuvu alespoň 30 mm/s.

    - Modul pro vykonávání rotačního souvisle otáčivého a cyklicky oscilujícího pohybu o rozsahu
         frekvencí otáčení alespoň 0,1 min-1 až 1000 min-1. Informace o úhlové pozici je možné zaznamenat
         v systému spolu s ostatními měřenými hodnotami. Maximální točivý moment na upínacím stolku v
         rozsahu otáček do 1000 min-1 ≥ 1,5 Nm.

    - Možnost upnutí kruhových vzorků o rozsahu průměrů alespoň 10-50 mm a rozměrů čtvercových
         vzorků alespoň 10 x 10 až 50 x 50 mm.

    - Rozsah Z posuvu supportu pro umístění měřicích hlav alespoň 100 mm. Umožňuje bezpečné odjetí
         při montáži vzorků a testování různě vysokých vzorků. Parametry v Tab. 1 jsou dosažitelné v plném
         rozsahu posuvu Z.

    - Dvě měřicí hlavy se snímáním normálové, třecí (tečné) síly a polohy (hloubkové pozice) testovací
         sondy (indentační sonda různých tvarů, či jiné kontaktní těleso), každá splňující parametry dle Tab.
         1 v jednom sloupci (tj. 1 x nano/mikro hlava, 1x makro hlava). Požadavek na dvě hlavy může být
         splněn také jednou hlavou s rozsahem a parametry, která splňuje oba sloupce najednou.
         Aplikované zatížení je zpětnovazebně regulované.

- Digitální mikroskop s fyzickým rozlišením kamery alespoň 5 MPx (5 miliónů obrazových bodů) a
    jedním objektivem se zvětšením 5x. Mikroskop musí být součástí zařízení pro navigaci a pozorování
    místa, na kterém budou realizovány testy. Opakovatelnost (RMS hodnota) najetí mikroskopem na
    stejnou pozici ≤ 1 μm.

- Zařízení musí obsahovat možnost připojit dva další uživatelské analogové signály (ANALOG IN),
    které lze zaznamenat synchronně s ostatními měřenými hodnotami pomocí DAQ (data acquisition)
    systému na vzorkovací frekvenci ≥ 1 kHz, a s rozlišením ≥ 16bit.

- Zařízení musí obsahovat možnost připojit dva další teploměry typu termočlánek s minimálním
    teplotním rozsahem -20 °C až 250 °C, vzorkovací frekvencí ≥ 1 Hz a rozlišením snímané teploty ≤ 0,1
    K, které lze zaznamenat, uložit a vyhodnocovat spolu s ostatními měřenými veličinami.

- Možnost upnutí testovacího tělesa na horní straně: a) běžnou neupravenou kuličku z oceli či jiných
    materiálů; b) diamantový hrot různých poloměrů zaoblení.

Software

The SMT instruments come standard with a control and data analysis software.
This software allows the user to continue to run the instrument while analyzing data from previous tests.
MFT Software
This software controls the instrument and is used to set up the test parameters.
The tests can be as simple as loading a test recipe and clicking start or as advanced as programming each
motion of the instrument while recording different data.
Insight Software
The insight software allows for the full data analysis of indentation, scratch, tribology and other tests.
The software allows for combined analysis of 3D profilometer images and data acquired during the tests.
