frekvencí otáčení alespoň 0,1 min-1 až 1000 min-1. Informace o úhlové pozici je možné zaznamenat
v systému spolu s ostatními měřenými hodnotami. Maximální točivý moment na upínacím stolku v
rozsahu otáček do 1000 min-1 ≥ 1,5 Nm.
- Možnost upnutí kruhových vzorků o rozsahu průměrů alespoň 10-50 mm a rozměrů čtvercových
vzorků alespoň 10 x 10 až 50 x 50 mm.
- Rozsah Z posuvu supportu pro umístění měřicích hlav alespoň 100 mm. Umožňuje bezpečné odjetí
při montáži vzorků a testování různě vysokých vzorků. Parametry v Tab. 1 jsou dosažitelné v plném
rozsahu posuvu Z.
- Dvě měřicí hlavy se snímáním normálové, třecí (tečné) síly a polohy (hloubkové pozice) testovací
sondy (indentační sonda různých tvarů, či jiné kontaktní těleso), každá splňující parametry dle Tab.
1 v jednom sloupci (tj. 1 x nano/mikro hlava, 1x makro hlava). Požadavek na dvě hlavy může být

Software
The SMT instruments come standard with a control and data analysis software.
This software allows the user to continue to run the instrument while analyzing data from previous tests.
MFT Software
This software controls the instrument and is used to set up the test parameters.
The tests can be as simple as loading a test recipe and clicking start or as advanced as programming each
motion of the instrument while recording different data.
Insight Software
The insight software allows for the full data analysis of indentation, scratch, tribology and other tests.
The software allows for combined analysis of 3D profilometer images and data acquired during the tests.

Standardized Testing
The SMT-5000 comes with several test-specific standards for data traceability and
quick platform checkup. The instruments also come with standard test recipes to
ensure normalized testing.
