                        AMENDMENT NO 2 TO THE RESEARCH PROJECT AGREEMENT
                                     Research collaboration 2024 and 2025
                                                 (Updated Annex 2)

This amendment (“Amendment”) is made as of February 13, 2025 (“Effective Date”) by and
between the “Parties”:

CZECH TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY IN PRAGUE, FACULTY OF MECHANICAL
ENGINEERING, a technical university organized and existing under the laws of the Czech
Republic seated at Technická 4, Praha 6 – Dejvice, 166 07, ID NR. 68407700 (“CVUT”)

and

GE AVIATION CZECH s.r.o., a limited liability company, organized and existing under the
laws of the Czech Republic seated at Beranových 65 19900, 199 00 Praha 18, ID NR. 27928845
(“GEAC”). GEAC trades as Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace company.

RECITALS:

  A) On August 8, 2024 the Parties have entered into a Research Project Agreement (“Research
         Project Agreement”) covering research collaboration between the Parties in the year
         2024. On January 8, 2025, the Parties concluded Amendment No. 1 to the Research Project
         Agreement, which extended the cooperation for the year 2025.

  B) Following ongoing cooperation, the Parties wish to make changes to Annex 2 of the
         Amendment No. 1 to the Research Project Agreement reflecting the up-to-date reallocation
         of funds budgeted for the year 2025.

  C) Therefore, the Parties have executed the following Amendment No. 2 to the Research
         Project Agreement.

ARTICLE 1 – CHANGE TO THE RESEARCH PROJECT AGREEMENT

1.1 Fort the period commencing on 1.1.2025 and ending 31.12.2025 the following annexes
         attached hereto shall apply:
         Annex 1
         Annex 2
1.5 Other provisions including the numbering of articles of the Research Project Agreement
        including Annex 3 remain unchanged by this Amendment.

ARTICLE 2 - MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

2.1 Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed on paper or electronically by a duly
         authorized representative of each Party.
