PERFORMANCE CONTRACT
Agreement made between the undersigned.
The Promoter:
Mr. Ludk Straaák on behalf of the Mestske kulturni stredisko (Town Cultural Center) in
Namest nad Oslavou, IC: 18127746, located in Namest nad Oslavou, Masarykovo namesti 100
(Czech Republic), VAT number: CZ 18127746
and
The Artist:
Muireann Bradley
Represented by Muireann Bradley, located in Creggan F93 WT22, Ballybofey, Donegal, Ireland.
TAX ID Number: ITO2971680M;
The Artist declares that he is not a payer of value added tax (VAT).
The Artist is domiciled in Ireland.
Here in after named respectively as «Promoter» and «Artist», it is agreed that:
1. The Artist, composed of n. 2 persons on the road, agrees to appear as known for n. 1
performance held on July 29, 2025 in Namest nad Oslavou (Czech Republic) as a part of Folk
Holidays Festival 2025 in Namest nad Oslavou.
2. For the above-mentioned performance, The Promoter grants the Artist an artists's fee
corresponding to the total amount ¬1360 net of any taxes (¬1600 subject to 15% withholding tax
¬240 =¬1360).
3. For the booking fee, The Promoter grants the Artist the total amount ¬800 net of any taxes.
4. The Promoter grants the Artist international travel cost ¬600. The Artist will send a bill of
international travel to the Promoter.
5. The Promoter will arrange and pay, in addition, local transport from Vienna/ Prague airport to
Namest nad Oslavou (arrival on July 28 or 29, 2025) and back on day of departure (July 30,
2025).
6. The Promoter will arrange, in addition, catering and accommodation for 2 people in hotel: 1
twin room for 1or 2nights (July 28, July 29).

7. The Promoter will effect the payment of the sum here above mentioned - point n. 2, 3, 4 - by
electronic bank transfer as follows:
payment of ¬1360 willbe paid to the Artist no later than 30 June,202S (point n. 2)
payment of ¬800 will be paid to the Artist no later than 30 June, 2025 (point n. 3)
payment of ¬600will be paid to the Artist no later than 30 June, 2025 (point n. 4)

8. The Promoter willarrange and pay sound, lights and backline according to the rider.
9. All shows of the Folk Holidays festival willbe recorded by the Promoter - the purpose is only the
festival's archive. Every usage for public is under permission of the Artist. Arecording license for
archival purposes only is granted by the artist to the festival. This includes promotional clips up
to a maximum of 30 seconds. No commercial use is permitted. Any future commercial use or
broadcast use in any medium or territory must be subject to separate additional written
agreement from artist.
10. Cancellation by Force Majeure: Each party shall bear its own expenses, and No damages shall
be claimed. In the case that money was advanced to The Artist by The Promoter, it should will
be returned to The Promoter in the shortest delay less artists' nonrefundable travel expenses
incurred in the conmission of this agreement.
11, Cancellation penalty: In the event of this performance being cancelled by the Promoter any
later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the agreed performance date, the Promoter agrees to pay
100% of the agreed fee to Earth Music Agency Ltd on behalf of the Artist. the event of this
performance being cancelled by the Promoter any later than 60 (s0xty) days prior to the agreed
performance date the Promoter agrees to pay 100% of the agreed fee to Earth Music Agency
Ltd on behalf of ti Artist. In the event of this performance being cancelled by the Artist any
later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the agreed performance date, the Artist agrees to pay 2.760¬
tothe Promoter Mestske kulturnistredisko (Town Cultural Center) in Namest nad Oslavou.
12. The present contract of agreement is valid if sent by email 1 scan copy of it is to be signed for
acceptance and returned within March 31, 2025.
13. The file with rider, including the request for backline, the stage plan is an attachment to the
Contract.

This simple contract will be published in the Register of Contracts under Act No. 340/2015Sb. on
the Register of Contracts. The publication will be provided by the Promoter.
