SCOPE OF SUPPLY DOCUMENT
1 INTRODUCTION
A
This Scope of Supply Document* defines complete scope of supply for the Project* and divides
it into the scope of supply to be performed by the Supplier* (see Chapter 2 of this Scope of
Supply Document*) and the scope of supply to be performed by the Owner* (see Chapter 3 of
this Scope of Supply Document*).
B
This document defines the scope of supply whereas detailed requirements on the scope of
supply are specified in other documents of the Contract Specifications* and in the Terms and
Conditions*, therefore it shall be read, construed and explained together with those related
documents. For this purpose, this document contains references to other parts of the EPC
Contract* containing specification of detailed requirements.

Supply of the Nuclear Fuel*, Core Components* and all related services, documentation,
training and software is covered separately under the Nuclear Fuel Contract* and is not subject
of this Scope of Supply Document*, with the exception of Sections 2.3.2 and 2.3.4.
2 SUPPLIER’S SCOPE OF SUPPLY
2.1 GENERAL
A
The Supplier’s Scope of Supply* consists of deliveries and services as detailed in the Sections
2.2, 2.3 and 2.4 hereinafter. General requirements related to the Supplier’s Scope of Supply*
are defined in Chapter 3 of the Terms and Conditions*.
B
The Supplier* shall ensure that the Plant* can be constructed, commissioned, operated and
maintained together with the Existing Nuclear Power Plant*. The Supplier* shall supply
complete Plant* with certain exceptions of items that are included in the Owner’s Scope of
Supply* as specified in Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 of this Scope of Supply Document* and in the
Technical Requirements Document*, Volume 5.
C
The Supplier* shall be responsible for complying with the rules of nuclear safety, radiation
protection, security and cyber security, emergency preparedness, fire protection, technical
safety, health and environmental protection, and with all other obligations applicable to
Supplier’s Scope of Supply* as defined in the EPC Contract*.
2.2 DELIVERIES
A
The Supplier* shall provide to the Owner* the following deliveries:
Plant* as specified in Section 2.2.1, along with the applicable requirements mentioned
in Sections 2.2.3 through 2.4;

2.4.
2.2.1 PLANT
A
The Supplier* shall provide the Plant* consisting of the following parts:
Two Units*, each Unit* consisting of:
o Nuclear Island*;
o Power Generation Plant*;
o Balance of Plant*;
Support Facilities*.
B
The Supplier’s Scope of Supply* for the Plant* shall also include, but shall not be limited to,
the following:
connections to the connection points in accordance with Chapter 4 of this Scope of
Supply Document*;
laboratories and equipment required for operation and maintenance of the Plant*, with
exception of laboratory dedicated to radiation monitoring of the Plant* surrounding
areas (see Section 3.2 of this Scope of Supply Document*). Requirements on
laboratories are specified in the Technical Requirements Document*, Section 2.11.8.;
special materials including reactor coolant, moderator, reflector material, intermediate
coolant, turbine cycle working fluids, initial materials (i.e. oil, lubricants, resins for ion
exchanger, boric acid, gases).
2.2.1.1 UNITS
A
The Supplier* shall supply the Nuclear Island* in accordance with requirements as specified in
the Technical Requirements Document*.
B
The Supplier* shall supply the Power Generation Plant* in accordance with requirements as
specified in the Technical Requirements Document*.
C
The Supplier* shall supply the Balance of Plant* in accordance with requirements as specified
in the Technical Requirements Document*.
2.2.1.2 SUPPORT FACILITIES
A
The Supplier* shall supply the Support Facilities* identified in this Section 2.2.1.2.

Support Facilities* are those SSC which are in addition to SSC to be supplied within the NI,
PGP or BOP.

For the avoidance of doubt, any facilities or structures needed for completion of the Plant* not
listed in this Section 2.2.1.2 shall be the Supplier’s* responsibility, unless specifically detailed
as part of the Owner’s Scope of Supply* in Chapter 3 of this Scope of Supply Document* (see
Article 3.1.1. of the Terms and Conditions*).
B
As a part of the Support Facilities* and as an integral part of the Plant* the Supplier’s Scope
of Supply* shall include following systems:

Supplier’s Scope of Supply* shall also include civil engineering works and buildings, including
all required SSC as specified in the Section 2.2.1.2 D of this Scope of Supply Document*.
These civil engineering works and buildings shall be provided with their technical infrastructure

of Supply* shall include following facilities:

supporting the operation and maintenance of the Plant*, including, but not limited to, those
specified in the Technical Requirements Document*, Section 2.11.5.

2.2.2 ON SITE FACILITIES
A
The Supplier* shall arrange for the On Site Facilities* which form the temporary part of the
Supplier’s Scope of Supply* which shall not be handed over to the Owner*.
B
The Supplier* shall be responsible for all temporary boundary fencing, lighting and where
necessary for security fencing and security control at the Construction Site* associated with
the Supplier’s Scope of Supply*. All of these supplies shall meet the Requirements of the
Authorities*, Mandatory Law* and additional requirements described in the Building Permit*.
BA
For requirements related to security control of the Construction Site* see the Licensing and
Permitting, Safety and Quality Document*, Section 2.4.
C
The Supplier* shall be responsible for infrastructure necessary to enable Construction Site*
activities, Construction Site* preparation, construction, Commissioning* and setting to work.
CA
Such infrastructure shall include, but shall not be limited to, offices, canteens, storage areas,
electrical power distribution, water supply, heating system, lifting equipment and
transportation.
CB
The Supplier* shall be also responsible for supply of adequate means and facilities ensuring
the requirements related to HSE management during the Plant* construction
and Commissioning* (see the Scope of Supply Document*, Section 2.3.7.2).
D
The Supplier* shall be responsible for supply of all construction equipment, materials and tools
needed to carry out its part of the Project*.
E
The Supplier* shall be responsible for the demolition, dismantling and removal of all temporary
facilities before Final Takeover* of the later Unit*.
F
The Owner* shall be entitled to decide that certain temporary buildings and structures (On Site
Facilities*) shall not be removed by the Supplier*, but shall be retained for use by the
Owner*.Those buildings and structures shall be handed over by the Supplier* to the
Owner* including all associated existing documentation and records/certificates relating to
such On Site Facilities* needed for their use (operation, maintenance, repairs, etc.). For the
avoidance of doubt, these temporary buildings and structures shall be handed over to the

2.2.3 DOCUMENTATION
A
The Supplier* shall develop and supply the documentation needed for due and timely
execution of the Works* and completion of the Project* and documentation needed for
implementation, licensing, permitting, construction, Commissioning*, operation, maintenance
and Decommissioning* as specified in the following Sections.
The Supplier* shall also provide Documents* or information required by the Rules*.
B
General requirements related to documentation are defined in the Chapter 4 of the Terms and
Conditions*.
C
Documentation shall be based on the Site* information and information provided by the
Owner*, respecting the conditions specified in the Chapter 25 of the Terms and Conditions*.
The Supplier* shall verify the Construction Site* information and collect additional Construction
Site* information as necessary in accordance with the Chapter 25 of Terms and Conditions*.
2.2.3.1 ENGINEERING AND DESIGN DOCUMENTATION
A
The Supplier* shall provide complete engineering and design documentation as required in
and respecting all applicable requirements of the EPC Contract*, including, but not limited to,
the items and its content specified in the Project Management Document*, Attachment 3, Part
4.
B
The Supplier* shall provide all Plant* engineering and design documentation comprising (in all
professions including mechanical, electrical, I&C, civil and nuclear engineering):

The Supplier* shall also provide all Plant* engineering and design documentation as defined
above in as-built status (see the Terms and Conditions*, Article 4.5.2).

The Supplier* shall provide Permitting Documents* for the Supplier’s Licenses and

and Permits*, as required in and respecting all applicable requirements of the EPC Contract*,
including, but not limited to, items and its content specified in the Project Management
Document*, Attachment 3, Part 1 and in the Licensing and Permitting, Safety and Quality
Document*, Section 1.3.5.

Detailed requirements related to the Permitting Documents* are defined in the Licensing and
Permitting, Safety and Quality Document*.
2.2.3.3 LICENSING DOCUMENTATION
A
The Supplier* shall provide the Licensing Documents* for the Supplier’s Licenses and
Permits*, inputs and source Documents* for Licensing Documents* for the Owner’s Licenses
and Permits*, as required in and respecting all applicable requirements of the EPC Contract*,
including, but not limited to, items and its content specified in the Project Management
Document*, Attachment 3, Part 1 and in the Licensing and Permitting, Safety and Quality
Document*, Section 1.3.5.
B
Detailed requirements related to the Licensing Documents* are defined in the Licensing and
Permitting, Safety and Quality Document*.
2.2.3.4 CONSTRUCTION AND ERECTION DOCUMENTATION
A
The Supplier* shall provide construction and erection documentation as required in and
respecting all applicable requirements of the EPC Contract*, including, but not limited to,
items and its content specified in the Project Management Document*, Attachment 3, Part 2.1.
B
Detailed requirements related to construction and erection documentation are described in the
Construction and Commissioning Document*, Section 2.3.
2.2.3.5 COMMISSIONING DOCUMENTATION
A
The Supplier* shall provide a complete set of the Commissioning Documentation* as required
in and respecting all applicable requirements of the EPC Contract*, including, but not limited
to, items and its content specified in the Project Management Document*, Attachment 3, Part
2.2.

maintenance as required in and respecting all applicable requirements of the EPC Contract*,
including, but not limited to, items and its content specified in the Project Management
Document*, Attachment 3, Part 3.1.
B
This documentation shall ensure safe, reliable, easy and economical operation and
maintenance of the Plant* or the part of the Plant* respectively, including temporary
installations to be operated by the Owner* during Commissioning*.

Detailed requirements related to documentation for operation and maintenance are described
in the Operation and Maintenance Document*.
2.2.3.7 SAFETY DOCUMENTATION
A
The Supplier* shall provide a complete set of safety documentation as required in and
respecting all applicable requirements of the EPC Contract*, including, but not limited to, items
and its content specified in the Project Management Document*, Attachment 3, Part 1.2.
B
This documentation shall include documentation for ensuring nuclear safety, radiation
protection, security and cyber security, emergency preparedness, fire protection, technical
safety, health and environmental protection, as well as the general working conditions and
rules of the Site* area as requested by Owner*, Mandatory Law* and Requirements of the
Authorities*.
C
Detailed requirements related to safety Documents* are described in the Licensing and
Permitting, Safety and Quality Document*, Chapter 2.
2.2.3.8 QUALITY DOCUMENTATION
A
The Supplier* shall provide quality Documents* as required in and respecting all applicable
requirements of the EPC Contract*, including, but not limited to, the items and its content
specified in the Project Management Document*, Attachment 3, Part 1.3.

2.2.5.1 SPARE PARTS

The Supplier* is responsible for delivery of the Consumables* (including provision of the list of

The Supplier* shall provide to the Owner* all necessary Documents*, technology, knowledge,
data, design, engineering, Things* and all licenses, authorization and source data including
necessary support for the proper use, maintenance, repair, replacement of the special tools
specified in the Section 2.2.5.4 B of this Scope of Supply Document* and also for their
modification if needed due to Plant* modifications.
2.2.5.5 LARGE SPARE PARTS OPTIONS
A
Based upon the Owner’s* notice in accordance with Article 19.7.1 of the Terms and
Conditions*, the Supplier* shall provide the Owner* with large spare parts as defined in this
section.
B
Provision of large spare parts shall be in accordance with requirements specified in Section
19.7 of the Terms and Conditions*.
C
In case the Owner* requires performance of options in accordance with Article 19.7.1 of the
Terms and Conditions*, the Supplier* shall provide the Owner* with following large spare parts
identical to the ones supplied for the Plant* under the EPC Contract*, as defined in
Attachments 1 through 35 to this Scope of Supply Document*:

2.3 SERVICES
A
The Supplier* is responsible for provision of services as defined in the following Sections, the
Supplier* is also responsible for other services defined in the Terms and Conditions*.
2.3.1 PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION

The Supplier* shall be responsible for project management and organization in accordance
with the requirements specified in the Project Management Document*.

2.3.5 PROCUREMENT
A
The Supplier* shall be responsible for procurement and coordination of all supplies and
Services* related to the Supplier’s Scope of Supply* and those which are not being provided
directly by the Supplier* but being done so under Subcontract* or some other contractual route.

The Supplier* shall also provide support to the Owner* during procurement of the supplies
within the Owner’s Scope of Supply* as specified in Section 2.3.11 of this Scope of Supply

General requirements on procurement process are described in the Project Management
Document*, Section 2.12.

The Supplier* shall also be responsible for quality management of all supplies and Services*
related to the Supplier’s Scope of Supply* and those which are not being provided directly by

2.3.6 EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING AND TRANSPORT
A
The Supplier* shall be responsible for manufacturing, fabrication and transport of all supplies
included in the Supplier’s Scope of Supply*.
B
The Supplier* shall provide packing and transportation of all Things*, including heavy and
oversized equipment, to and within the Site*, including lifting and off-loading to their temporary
storage place and finally to their final position.

The Supplier* shall be responsible for transportation of any/all elements within the Supplier’s
Scope of Supply* (people, tools, equipment, materials) to and from the Site*, including the
transport within the Site*. The Supplier* shall also be responsible for the supply and operation
of any handling equipment related to unload equipment and transport around the Site*.
D
The Supplier* shall be responsible for needed modifications, reinforcement and construction
of temporary transportation routes required for successful transportation of all SSC to the Site*,
except the routes as specified by drawing No.701 Routes Modifications in South Bohemian
Region realized by Owner, since those routes are currently in progress by the Czech
government and/or other parties and the Supplier will not be responsible for land acquisition
and civil complaint compensation related to the transport or the transport of the heavy and
oversized components, as specified by drawing No. 702 Heavy and Oversized Components
Combined Route. Drawings are available in Chapter 5.7, text part to these drawings shall be
available to Supplier* upon request.
E
The Supplier* shall be responsible for provision of auxiliary and special facilities to ensure
successful transportation of all SSC to the Site*.
F
The Supplier* shall be fully responsible for any damage to the public road system, or any claims
asserted by third parties in connection therewith, to the extent that any affected roads have
been used for excessive transportation the Supplier* or any of its Subcontractors* in
connection with the performance of the Works*.The Supplier* shall resolve any such damage
and/or claims or repair the affected roads at its own cost.
G
Detailed requirements related to transport to the Site*, storage and handling are described in
the Construction and Commissioning Document*, Chapter 2.7.
2.3.7 PLANT CONSTRUCTION
A
The Supplier* shall be responsible for Plant* construction in accordance with the requirements
described in the Construction and Commissioning Document*.
B
The Supplier* shall be responsible for planning and coordination of all Works* to be performed
at the Construction Site* under the Supplier’s Scope of Supply* as well as the Owner’s Scope
of Supply*.
2.3.7.1 SUPPLIER’S RESPONSIBILITIES AT CONSTRUCTION SITE

The Supplier’s* responsibilities shall include, but shall not be limited to, the following:

2.3.7.2 HSE MANAGEMENT

The Supplier* shall be responsible for occupational health and safety in accordance with
Licensing and Permitting, Safety and Quality Document*, Section 2.2.
B
The Supplier* shall be responsible for environmental protection during execution of the
Supplier’s Scope of Supply* in accordance with the Licensing and Permitting, Safety and
Quality Document*, Section 2.7., including responsibility for disposal of all types of waste
generated within the Supplier’s Scope of Supply* with the exception of Radioactive Waste*
(see Section 3.2 of this Scope of Supply Document*).
BA
The Supplier* shall meet requirements for treatment and packaging of the Radioactive Waste*
as described in the Technical Requirements Document*, Sections 2.2.5.2 and 2.2.5.3. Wastes
shall be completely removed by the Supplier* prior to Final Takeover* of the later Unit*. The
Supplier* shall be also responsible for provision and obtaining the Permits* related to
manipulations with waste and hazardous waste and other activities associated with the
Supplier’s Scope of Supply* (see Section 2.3.3 of this Scope of Supply Document*).
C
The Supplier* shall be responsible for fire protection and fire fighting on the Construction Site*
in accordance with the Licensing and Permitting, Safety and Quality Document*, Section 2.5.

The Supplier* shall be responsible for emergency preparedness provisions on the Construction
Site* in the case of emergency event, incl. emergency event on any unit in operation at the
Site*. Detailed requirements related to emergency preparedness are specified in the Licensing
and Permitting, Safety and Quality Document*, Section 2.3.

The Supplier* shall be responsible for radiation protection in accordance with the Licensing
and Permitting, Safety and Quality Document*, Section 2.6.
F
The Supplier* shall be responsible for decontamination of components and systems in
accordance with the Construction and Commissioning Document*, Section 3.1 and also for
decontamination of the On Site Facilities*.
2.3.7.3 SITE PREPARATION
A
The Supplier* shall be responsible for preparation of the Construction Site*, except for the
Works* performed by the Owner* (see Chapter 3 of this Scope of Supply Document*).
AA
The preparation shall include landscaping of all he Construction Site*.
Landscaping shall be performed in accordance with construction site preparation, excavations
and backfilling drawings and specification as specified in Project Management Document*,
Attachment 3, Section 4.5.6.
B
The Supplier* is fully responsible for establishment, maintenance and disposal of dumping site
for excavated soil during Plant* construction in accordance with the Rules*.
C
Conditions for storage of the Topsoil* and Subsoil* are described in the Construction and
Commissioning Document*, Section 2.6.3.2.7.
D
The Supplier* shall use existing soil deposits at Construction Area* S2 (see the Technical
Requirements Document*, Section 5.1) during the construction of the Plant* or the On Site
Facilities*. The Supplier* shall restore these stockpiles (i.e. store the soil deposits with equal
volume and equal soil properties) within the Construction Areas* S1 or S2 until the Provisional
Takeover* of the later Unit*. Detailed parameters of the existing soil deposits will be defined in
the Site Handover* protocol.
2.3.7.4 DEMOLITIONS AT CONSTRUCTION SITE
A
The Supplier* shall be responsible for removing, dismantling or demolition of those structures,
cables and pipelines which are situated at the Construction Site* and conflict with the Plant*
layout or prevent successful completion of the Works*, following the rules and

2.3.7.5 CIVIL WORKS, CONSTRUCTION AND ERECTION
A
The Supplier* shall be responsible for execution of all civil works at the Construction Site* in
accordance with the requirements described in the Construction and Commissioning
Document*.
B
The Supplier* shall be responsible for erection and testing of all SSC within the Supplier’s
Scope of Supply*.
C
The Supplier* shall be responsible for provision, maintenance and removal of all temporary
facilities, auxiliary and special facilities used within the Supplier’s Scope of Supply*.
D
The Supplier* shall be responsible for care, custody and preservation of materials, equipment
and components at the Construction Site* under adequate storage and maintenance
conditions according to the Construction and Commissioning Document*, Section 2.7.4.
E
Detailed requirements related to construction and erection are specified in Construction and
Commissioning Document*.
2.3.7.6 TESTS
A
The Supplier* is responsible for provision of testing within the Supplier’s Scope of Supply* (see
the Construction and Commissioning Document*, Section 2.8).

2.3.8 COMMISSIONING

The Supplier* shall provide the Owner* with all inputs to daily plans and all necessary work
orders, clearance permits and other similar Documents* needed for Plant* Commissioning*
work management and as well as with associated support during the Active Testing* (see
Section 3.1 of this Scope of Supply Document*).

The Supplier* shall also provide support to the Owner’s* activities performed within
the Owner’s Scope of Supply* as specified in Sections 2.3.11.2 and 2.3.11.3 of this Scope of
Supply Document*.

The Supplier* shall be also responsible for HSE management in accordance with requirements
of the Section 2.3.7.2 of this Scope of Supply Document*.
2.3.9 LAND RECLAMATION
A
Before Final Takeover* of the later Unit*, the Supplier* shall recover areas used for
construction of the Plant* and shall perform Technical Reclamation* of the Construction
Site* in accordance with plan for Land Reclamation*.

Biological Reclamation* of On Site Facility Areas* shall be provided by the Owner* (see
Section 3.2 of this Scope of Supply Document*).

For detailed requirements see the Construction and Commissioning Document*, Section 2.10.
C
Before the Provisional Takeover* of the Plant*, the Supplier* shall ensure landscaping and
planting of the vegetation of the Plant* area.
2.3.10 DEVELOPMENT OF OPERATION

The Supplier* shall provide the Owner* with information, data, analysis,
documentation and requirements applicable to Owner’s* personnel and organization as
specified in the Operation and Maintenance Document*, Section 1.1 and Section 1.2.

2.3.10.2 TRAINING OF THE OWNER’S PERSONNEL

The Supplier’s* responsibility also includes provision of all needed training materials and
training aids as defined in the Operation and Maintenance Document*, Section 2.2.

In case that training of the Owner’s* personnel will start prior the classrooms within Training
facilities mentioned in Section 2.2.1.2 of this Scope of Supply Document* are available for use,
the Supplier* shall, subject to the Owner’s* approval, arrange adequate facilities for such
training.

In addition to training of the Owner’s* operation and maintenance personnel, the Supplier*
shall provide the Owner* or Subcontractors* or other third parties designated by the Owner*
training covering:
2.3.10.3 PREPARATION OF OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
A
The Supplier* shall be responsible for provision of services related to preparation of operation
and maintenance of the Plant* as described in the Operation and Maintenance Document*,
Chapter 3.
B
Besides training of the Owner’s* personnel and other support specified in Section 2.3.10 of
this Scope of Supply Document*, the Supplier* shall develop and provide to the Owner* the
work management system in accordance with the Operation and Maintenance Document*,
Section 3.7.
2.3.11 SUPPORT TO THE OWNER
A
The Supplier* shall provide the Owner* with all information needed for timely and due execution
of the Owner’s* obligations under EPC Contract* and for Owner’s* full control on execution of
the EPC Contract* by the Supplier*.

2.3.11.1 DESIGN STAGE
A
The Supplier* shall provide specification of all information and media the transfer of which
between the Plant* and other existing Site* facilities, including Existing Nuclear Power Plant*,
is necessary for the execution of the EPC Contract* and future operation and maintenance of
the Plant*. The specification of information shall be subject to the Owner’s* consent.
B
In accordance with division of responsibilities defined in Sections 3 and 4.4 of this Scope of
Supply Document*, the Supplier* shall provide to the Owner* with all technical requirements
(i.e. input design data) for the design of the Structures, Systems and Components* to be
supplied by the Owner*, on the basis of which the Owner* shall carry out the design of said
Structures, Systems and Components*.

compatibility of the interface could be verified.

The Supplier* shall support the Owner* during execution of the Owner’s Scope of Supply* at
the Construction Site*, for details see Section 2.6.2.4 of the Construction and Commissioning
Document*.
2.3.11.3 OPERATION STAGE (AFTER THE SUCCESSFUL COMMISSIONING OF
CONNECTION)

The Supplier* is responsible for operation, maintenance, inspection and repairs of each
particular connection point within Supplier’s Scope of Supply* till demolition, dismantling and
removal for temporary connections points (see Section 4.2 of this Scope of Supply

3 OWNER’S SCOPE OF SUPPLY
3.1 GENERAL
A
The Owner’s Scope of Supply* is defined in this Chapter 3 of this Scope of Supply Document*.
B
The Owner’s Scope of Supply* mainly relates to the Plant* physical interfaces as specified in
Chapter 4 of this Scope of Supply Document* and services during licensing and permitting
process, construction, and Commissioning*.
C
Owner’s* responsibilities during Commissioning* activities required by the Mandatory Law* or
the Requirements of the Authorities* (such as execution of the operation on the respective
Unit*) shall be performed only by the Owner* in order to comply with its statutory duties of the
Plant* Operator*. See the Terms and Conditions*, Article 14.1.6.
D
Based on the Supplier’s* proposals and instructions, and under the management, coordination
and supervision of the Supplier* provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions*,
Article 14.1.6, the Owner* shall prepare during Active Testing* daily plans specifying in detail
performance of Works* relating to the respective Unit* to be performed during each day or
longer period of time including their time schedule and relating work orders, clearance permits
and other similar Documents* related to work management.
Detail scope of Owner’s* activities during Commissioning* shall be proposed by the Supplier*
in Commissioning* manual as a part of the POMM which is subject of approval by the Owner*.
For detail requirements see the Construction and Commissioning Document*, Chapter 3 and
the Operation and Maintenance Document*, Section 3.7.

The Owner* shall be entitled to subcontract any parts of its scope of supply.

In general, physical interfaces are divided into:
Temporary deliveries and services;
Permanent deliveries and services.

The Supplier* is responsible to arrange the physical interfaces inside the Supplier’s Scope of
Supply* and outside the Supplier’s Scope of Supply* (i.e. interfaces between the Supplier* and
the Owner* or other third party as applicable). The Supplier* is responsible for providing overall
physical interface coordination, including definition of the design criteria, requirements and
inputs.

All physical interfaces shall be provided in accordance with the Rules* (see the Technical
Requirements Document*, Chapter 2.5) and with the requirements of the EPC Contract*.

The Supplier* shall observe the following general rules for physical interfaces defined in
Chapter 4 of this Scope of Supply Document*.
