Supply Collimator Rail
We offer the proposal, design and production of Collimator Rail from Al profiles.
Base The solution is shown in drawing A1906-07-00-M – Collimator Rail. Contain two frames and rail, which is removable.

Frame is designed from 30mm series profiles.
Frame profiles are connected to optical table by system PVS couplings with thread M6.
Frame profiles are connected together by mounting brackets with grooves. The grooves enable move of the profiles. Mounting brackets are produced as machined
part.
Rail is proposed in two design – square profile 30x30 and tube D30mm.
The ends of the profiles are provided with black PA-GF caps.
Grooves is possible covered with PVC cover profiles. We can add the PVC cover profiles in the offer if you required.
Surface finish of aluminum frame profiles and mounting brackets is natural matt anodized. The steel fasteners are galvanized.
Anodizing the profile or other coatings of the accessories acts as an insulator, so that the conductivity can only be achieved by breaking these coatings at the point
of the connecting elements. The electrical conductivity of the structure can be achieved using a PVS coupling system for electrically conductive interconnection. In
the design solutions are not used.
The price is calculated for delivery of completely assembled frame.
