1. Introduction
This document provides the definitions of the terms used in the Agreement and sets forth an overview
of the terms and abbreviations used between the PXs and DBAG in the context of the Agreement.
Section 2 contains the definitions of the capitalised terms used in the main text of the XBID-MSA and
the XBID-DSAs.
Section 3 contains a glossary of the functional and technical terms that are used or intended to be used
in the context of the XBID-project and the XBID ICT operations.
The definitions of Section 2 prevail over the descriptions in Section 3 except if explicitly provided
otherwise in writing.
