1 Introduction
This supplement 1 to version 3 of Exhibit 17 (PER110 - Documentation Management) serves as a description of the
document management procedures that will be applied in the context of the development, hosting and maintenance of the
XBID Solution:
• Providing instructions for the structure to be applied to documents including the identification section and the
content of the document's introduction; and
• Introducing the use of Alfresco, the enterprise content management system, which will serve as the document
repository and which will support the document review and sign-off process.
1.1 Purpose
The purpose of these procedures is to establish that all formal documents within the context of the XBID Solution are
produced using a consistent structure and format. It furthermore launches the review and sign-off process and thus provides
a means to control the quality of the contents of the documents.
1.2 Intended audience
This document is aimed at all XBID stakeholders that are responsible for the delivery of documents and the review and sign-
off of a document.
