We refer to the Promoters Contract dated 28th December, 2015 entered into by
DORNA SPORTS, S.L (Dorna) and your company SPOLEK PRO GP ČR Brno.
In this Letter words and expressions defined in the Promoters Contract but not in
this Letter shall have the meanings attributed to them in The Promoters Contract.
Dorna hereby confirms to you that, pursuant to The Promoters Contract, the
Promoters are entitled to sell, and to keep revenue therefrom, advertising
spaces to be located at non-TV positions provided that the intended sponsors,
locations and advertising format shall be previously submitted to Dorna’s
approval to ensure no conflict with Dorna’s sponsors and commitments.
