Dear Sirs,
Thank you very much for your letter dated September 19th in which you propose that the
remaining payment of the 2019 Grand Prix be postponed to September 30th, which I am pleased
to confirm as acceptable to us.
Please remember that, to skip the contractual requirement of Spolek obtaining a 2020 Event Fee
bank guarantee, we must receive a letter from all the three parties involved, the Czech
government, the South Moravian Region and the City of Brno, guaranteeing fulfilment of
Spolek’s payment obligations under the Promoters Contract for the 2020 Grand Prix České
republiky before the end of November at latest.
