greement on Hunt in the 2018/2019 Hunting Season concluded pursuant to Section 1746 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., as amended, by and between: (hereinafter the "Agreement") Lesy České republiky, s.p., a company with its reglstered Office in Nový Hradec Králové, Přemyslova 1106/19, Postál Code 500 08, Id. No. 42196451, Tax Id. No. CZ-42196451, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, Section AXII, Inset 540, acting through Ing. Josef Vojáček, General Director represented, on the basis of Authorization dated December 18, 2015, by , Director of Lesní závod Židlochovice at Tyršova 1, Židlochovice, Postál Code 667 01 KOMB account kept by Komerční banka, the Židlochovice branch, No.: CZPP or IBAN EUR as the Contractor on the one part (hereinafter the "Contractor") and Anna Savinkina, 9, Yantarniy proezd 17, Moscow, dáte of birth: as the Client on the other part (hereinafter the "Client"). The Parties háve agreed as follows with respect to the Agreement: I. Subject of the Agreement 1. The Contractor Is the organizer of hunting events and provider of accommodation and catering Services. The Contractor has the required authorizations and means for the aforementioned activities. 2. The Client hereby places with the Contractor a binding order for the aforementioned Services in the extent specified below, and the Client agrees to pay for the thus-ordered Services pursuant to the agreed provisions hereof. II. Extent of the Ordered Services: The Client hereby orders a hunting event including the associated Services and specifies it as follows: 1) hunting of game animals, námely: a) pheasant, in point rating from 1500 to 3000 birds b) 2 mouflons, fallow deer, red stag 2) accommodation Services: a) at chateau Židlochovice b) for the foliowing number of guests: approx. 8-14 The number of guests can be adjusted based on agreement of the Parties. 3) catering Services: a) 3 times breakfast for 8-14 guests b) 2 times lunch for 8-14 guests c) 3 times dinner for 8-14 guest 2 - - 4) transportation to be províded for: type of vehicle: bus or mini bus number of guests: 8-14 5) ammunition: type: a) , a total of........................ b).............................................. . a total of........................ 6) hunting licenses: The Client hereby orders from the Contractoř hunting licenses for foreign hunting guests. For the aforementioned purpose, the Client shall be obliged to submit to the Contractor the following for each of the guests: a) hunting license valid in the country of origin b) valid insurance for the year in which the hunt takés plače. The number of hunting licenses provided by the Contractor (including insurance) for the dáte of the hunting event hereunder on the basis of the Clienťs requirement equals: a) 5-10 times 5-day license worth EUR 25 per person. 7) other ordered Services: III. Dates of Performance The Client orders the hunting event for the 2018/2019 hunting season, námely for the following dáte of hunt: 28. 11.-2. 12. 2018. IV. Price and Payment Terms. 1. The hunting event shall be charged based on the Contractor's Price List of Hunting Events for the year 2018 in EURO which the Client received in advance by mail or electronic mail and has therefore acquainted himself and agrees therewith, which he confirms by his signatuře. The Contractor States that the latest version of the aforementioned Price List is always published on the Contractor's website. 2. The Parties háve agreed that a non-refundable advance shall be paid in the amount of EUR 10000. 3. A Hunt Record shall be drawn up after the termination of the hunting event where all the financial claims of the Contractor shall be calculated and the Client shall confirm them by his signatuře. The Contractor shall retain the originál Hunt Record, the Client shall receive a copy. Failure to sign the Hunt Record shall not relieve the Client from the obligation to pay for the actually hunted animals and other ordered Services or Services not ordered in advance but ušed. 4. After hunting the ordered animals, the Client shall be provided with remuneration for organising the hunting event in the amount of 10 % of the shooting fee and, in čase that the Client provides an Interpreter, 50 % of the administrativě charge. V. Miscellaneous 1. If the Client obtains the hunting licenses for the hunting event agreed herein in a manner other than through the Contractor, he shall be obliged to submit to the Contractor for inspection at the latest before commencement of the hunting event the originál hunting licenses and proofs of authorization to possess a weapon (such document may include a firearms accompanying document from the Police of the Czech Republic) for all the participants in the hunting event. 2. For an invitation to hunt and transport of hunting weapons across the border of the Czech Republic, the Client shall be obliged to deliver to the Contractor reasonably in advance at his own responsibility the address, dates of birth and copies of travel documents of the hunting guests so that the required formalities can be handled. 3. The Contractor shall not be liable for consequences in čase of documents delivered wrongly or latě. -3- 4.
